IEEE 2030.5 Test Software Technical Support

QualityLogic offers 60 days/3 hours of free software technical support with each of our testing products, and offers optional 10- and 20-hour/one-year software support contracts. Technical support is available on an hourly basis, as well, and can be purchased in this manner throughout the life of a product.

60-Day/3-Hour Software Support – Starting on the day of shipment, you are eligible for full tech support and limited assistance with results analysis to explain how the product arrived at its result and what that result means in terms of the operation of the test target. This is included in the purchase price of the product, and this support ceases at the end of the 60-day period or 3-hours of technical support, whichever comes first.

Software Support Contracts – You may purchase the same service that was provided with the product for an additional 10 or 20 hours over the course of one year once the 60-day/3-hour support term has expired.

Hourly Support – You may elect to purchase tech support on an hourly basis. This support offering covers all aspects of product use and results analysis, effectively combining all the services described above.

IEEE 2030.5 Test Software Maintenance Contracts

QualityLogic has a standing commitment to ensure that the test or utility product you purchase remains current and up-to-date. Any revision released solely to correct one or more product bugs, referred to as a Maintenance Update, is provided to the product licensee free of charge provided the product is within its Warranty Period or the customer has an active Maintenance Contract.

QualityLogic may choose to upgrade its test products to provide coverage for new versions or enhancements of the protocol. Upgrades are also made when QualityLogic enhances its products with new features and adds additional test/emulation support. Should QualityLogic do a Major Upgrade of the licensed test tools, current Licensees of the products with active Maintenance Contracts will receive preferential pricing for the upgraded products.
